The Women's Program serves to empower women in East San Jose by building their social network, connecting them to resources and information, increasing their access to the Internet using our Computer Technology Center, providing health information and education through our Health Library, and developing new skills. The core of the Women's Program is our weekly women's support group that provides a space for women to come together and work with other women to empower themselves.
The Women's Program is offered on-site.
The goals of this program are:
• Increase women's self-esteem
• Increase women's network of social support
• Increase women's leadership skills
• Increase women's access to community services and resources
• Increase women's access to information on the Internet
