GFS offers a Spanish language Parent Education Program for parents with children ages birth through five. The Parent Education Program bases its instruction in part on the Nurturing Parent Education program . Topics covered in the class include communication skills, self-esteem, child development, anger management, and positive discipline techniques. The Parent Education Program strives to provide parents with practical skills and resources to enable them to build or strengthen a healthy bond with their children.

This program is offered on-site.

The goals of the program are:
