The Health Library at GFS is a satellite branch of the PlaneTree Health Library . Through this collaboration, GFS is able to make relevant health and medical information more easily available to individuals and families in the East San José community. With assistance from our library coordinator, community residents can learn more about health through a collection of over 700 books, videos, and pamphlets available in both English and Spanish.
The Health Library has an Internet work station available where residents can find useful and trusted health and medical websites. The PlaneTree website also includes recommended health sites, including many that are especially useful for monolingual Spanish speakers.
