In order to provide residents with quality programs that have clear goals, objectives, and activities, Grail Family Services uses curriculums developed in-house and curriculums developed by other individuals and organizations in the field of family support.

Each of GFS's curriculums has been developed by conducting an extensive literature review, reviewing best practices, and gathering resident input regarding the design, implementation, and evaluation of the program.
